This ineffably beautiful remembrance of Fr. Joseph, our 'Fra Bill,' captures the great heart and the ever expanding memory of Fr. Joseph -- a memory like a starburst traveling across the years and spaces of time. It was written for the Italian editon of The Voice of Padre Pio (the July issue after he died) by Fr. Paolo Cuvino, The Provincial Minister of the Capuchn Friars at the time. One year later it was printed in the English edition of The Voice on the First Anniversary of Fr. Joseph's passing. Now, in the year of his tenth anniversary, May 3rd, 2010, I post it online to remind us of the gentle, most understanding facets of Fr. Joseph's mind, the truest depths of his heart and soul.
